Symphonic technology is the culmination of over 5 years research and development. Its aim is to revolutionise the way organisations govern the sharing of information, allowing those that operate in highly-regulated environments such as health, social care, law and finance to securely share critical, time- dependent and sensitive information.

The company launched in 2014 and in the same year it was awarded a US patent and delivered its first commercial pilots in both healthcare and financial services.

Today, Symphonic delivers intelligent access and authorisation solutions to safeguard sensitive information for cross-sector multi-dimensional organisations in the ever-changing security landscape.

Symphonic Software Limited is backed by the Par Equity Syndicate, angel investors with a focus on high growth, revenue generating companies in the ICT, environmental technology and alternative energy sectors, and the Scottish Investment Bank, the investment arm of Scotland’s main economic development agency. Investors provided launch funding in 2014 and a second round was completed in 2015 to accelerate Symphonic’s proprietary software development and expand partner channels to expand commercial deployment.
