Dentsu Implements Symphonic

June 9th, 2020 — Symphonic Software’s Intelligent Authorization solution has been selected to support Dentsu Aegis Network’s (DAN) transformation of its customer support tooling, Media-Ecosystem. DAN is a multinational media and digital marketing communications company headquartered in London and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Japanese advertising and public relations firm Dentsu.

With a focus on driving customer experience excellence and an ambitious digital transformation programme, DAN has selected Symphonic’s solution to assure access control to the Media-Ecosystem based in Microsoft Azure. This ensures that from action to action, throughout a user’s journey within the ecosystem, trust isn’t implied, and a user’s identity and their access rights are under constant evaluation by the Intelligent Authorization zero trust solution.
